The concept of Mastermind groups was first introduced in the 1920’s by Napoleon Hill as a “master mind alliance.”
He defined it as, “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.” Lazarus Mastermind groups are strategically designed to bring together members whose interests or business trajectories are at a similar level and pace. Members support, encourage and participate during group calls and private forums. Mastermind’s success depends on each member’s commitment, confidentiality, willingness to give advice, openness to receive others’ input, and support of each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.
The application process allows members to be matched with peers at the same level of business or stage of interest while being grouped to capitalize on diversity of industry, personality and strengths.
